If I could give Fresca Pizza and Pasta more stars, I would! The pizza? Mouthwatering, lip-smacking deliciousness that makes you question every pizza you’ve had before. Not only was my order ready before they promised (yes, they are pizza magicians), but they even helped me carry it out to my car because I ordered enough to feed a small village! The inside was super cute and clean too! Nice little bar area and everything, wish I had time to get a drink!! Seriously, these guys are so friendly and make sure you’re in pizza heaven before you even take the first bite. Hands down, best pizza experience in Bradenton. Fresca, you have my heart (and stomach)!

Amazing food!!! We ordered chicken and shrimp spring rolls, Caesar salad, and allacapra pizza. Pizza had a very nice crust with fresh toppings. Spring rolls came with a delicious peanut butter sauce to dip in and The Caesar salad was huge. The staff were very accommodating and kind. I can’t wait to go back.

AMAZING !!!!!!! Pizza was so good , Pho hit the spot , perfect place for me and my boyfriend , as he is a more simple eater , this is well worth the stop if you are in the Bradenton area ! We will be back !!! Very friendly atmosphere and you honestly feel apart of the family !!

The Vietnamese fare was absolutely amazing in every way! The Com Suon Bi Trung or marinated grilled pork chop was cooked to perfection, charred nicely with crispy delicious fat on a bone-in cut. The seasoning to the soup was perfectly tasty but not over salty. Not too mention the presentation was one of the most beautiful dishes I’ve seen in a long time , the fried egg and salad round of this beautiful dish, will absolutely be back and will recommend to anyone who wants a dazzling experience with their eyes and then their taste buds. It will blow you away.

I had the bahn MI a couple weeks ago and I've been thinking about it ever since! The bread is crispy but still soft and delicious. The pork is grilled to perfecting and the crunch from the pickled vegetables and the cilantro really tie it all together. The best bahn mi sandwich I've ever had!

My first visit since owner & chef Sonny has been operating Fresca Pizza and Pasta at this location for a while. How did I miss it? It was fantastic! The supreme pizza was excellent (hold the bacon bits please) I watched Sonny make the pizza starting with fresh dough. He didn’t seem to mind me watching while he was building the pizza, sauce mozzarella cheese, green peppers, onions and sausage, then mushrooms, I asked Sonny for extra mushrooms and he added more until he saw my approval, then finished toppings off with more mozzarella black olives extra cheese sliced tomatoes and pepperoni. 5 Stars on this pizza. Not kidding:-) While waiting I was pleasantly superseded by the tasty Egg Rolls.

As foodies living in Bradenton, my wife and I now have a must-go to place every month: Fresca Pizza and Pasta (and recently added Vietnamese cuisine to the menu :-). All the rave Google reviews that have been posted are all absolutely true about this restaurant: Simply spectacular food (at a fair price). We found out about this place from a Vietnamese friend who recommended it to us because we are always on the lookout for a "true" Vietnamese restaurant that served authentic Vietnamese food (the type of food close to what you would find if you visited Vietnam itself). Unfortunately for Manatee and Sarasota Counties, most Vietnamese restaurants serve "Americanized" style food, similar to the style you would find ordering Chinese food take-out. Before Fresca, my wife and I would have to trek 45 mins to St Pete or Pinellas Park outside of Tampa to find good, authentic Vietnamese food. So the first time eating at Fresca, we actually met and spoke with the owners themselves, a Vietnamese husband-and-wife team that hailed from Rochester, NY. They spoke of their intentions to add Vietnamese dishes to the menu in order to expand upon the Italian offering. Nowadays, you will find it difficult in seeing Vietnamese chefs that can also pull double-duty whipping out excellent Italian dishes, but this team does it with aplomb. From the menu, my wife ordered her favorite all-time Vietnamese noodle soup, Bun Bo Hue. For those of you who eat Pho a lot at Vietnamese restaurants, we suggest you try this soup at Fresca the next time you visit because it will bring your Pho taste-buds to a whole new level. NOTE: The soup dish is usually served with a mild spiciness in the broth, which gives it its unique taste. As for myself, I ordered the BBQ and shredded pork chop served on a bed of broken rice, served with pickled relish, sunny-side egg, and quiche. Not many non-Vietnamese guests are familiar with this dish, but I highly recommend it. Once you eat it, you will never touch or see any fried-rice dish in the same light. Finally, we absolutely recommend you finish your meal with a Vietnamese dessert called "che." For those unfamiliar, the dessert is like a fruit smoothie combined with flavorful tapioca and sweeten condensed milk. If you thought key-lime pie is something to go for as a de facto dessert, the "che" will have you asking if it can be brought home by the gallon. It is THAT good!! About two weeks before the end of December 2024, we invited a group of friends with us to try-out Fresca, and they all left that evening smiling and content. In fact, some of them came back recently on their own, inviting others like friends and family members. Bon appetit!!

I’m so glad I decided to stop here for lunch. When I saw their sign saying pizza and pho, I was very intrigued. Normally, I would avoid Vietnamese places due to their lack of care towards the flavorful food and rude staff, but this place is the complete opposite. When you first walk in, the restaurant is clean and fresh. With a large display of pizza by the slice. We sat down promptly and ordered a garlic bread with cheese, Margherita pizza, and Hu Tieu Kho. The garlic bread came out fresh with a nice crisp on the ends. Very fragrant with parsley and garlic. Margherita pizza had the same crispy crust with a perfect amount of cheese, sauce, and fresh basil. The Hu Tieu Kho was amazing. It came with a refreshing hot soup and the noodles were perfectly tender with a refreshing amount of vegetables. It tasted exactly like the dish in Vietnam. We owner and pizza chef, Sunny, came and introduced himself to us and his restaurant. The Vietnamese chef is a sweet lady who brings a home style of cooking for her dishes, which really shows. We love supporting locally owned restaurants and are eager to go back to try more of their dishes.
